Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We only sell to UK customers, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

How do I get my pattern?

Straight after paying you'll see a download button, and the same link is in your confirmation email. If you have an account, your patterns are also under My patterns.

My download link has expired

Download buttons work for 24 hours. Open the link in your confirmation email again (or sign in to your account) and you'll get fresh ones.

Can I return a pattern?

Because patterns are available to download immediately, you agree at checkout that the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply. If something is wrong with the file, contact us and we'll put it right.

Can I return a handmade item or kit?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. See Returns & Cancellations.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Tell me about your idea on the commissions page and I'll send you a quote. Commissions need a 50% deposit to cover materials, with the balance before posting.

Where can I buy in person?

I sell at craft fairs around Suffolk. See Events.
