Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands or outside the UK.

Postage costs

Postage is a flat rate based on the size of the item, and you'll see the exact cost in your basket before you pay. If your order contains several items, you pay one postage charge: the one for the largest item.

PDF patterns are downloads, so there is no postage on them.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are posted within 3–5 working days. We'll email you when your order is on its way, with a tracking number if it has one.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within [10] working days of being posted, please contact us and we'll sort it out.
